Working hours: 08:00-16:30 Monday – Friday
Office Administrator – Excel (Pivot Tables & VLOOKUP) - What You'll be Doing:
- Processing of invoices and supplier information
- Accurately processing invoices and credit notes
- Maintaining accurate PO log
- Liaising with Building Management on resolving faults, energy consumption, service charge and billing
- Booking contractors and overseeing an contractors on site ensuring adequate RAMS
- Ordering of stationery and supplies
- Providing a welcoming reception service to visitors
- Answering telephone in a friendly and helpful manner, rerouting or taking accurate messages
Office Administrator – Excel (Pivot Tables & VLOOKUP) - The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:
- High standard English reading and writing skills, with strong communication abilities
- Must have previous experience of processing of Invoices/administration/reception/facilities
- Good understanding of the processing of invoices/credit notes
- Must have strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP
- Current Qualified First Aider would be advantageous but not essential
- Experience of planning office moves - advantageous
