Production Operator
Location: Chipping Norton
Salary: £13.34 per hour
Hours: Monday – Thursday, (45 hours per week)
Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Production Operator to join a busy manufacturing environment. You will work closely with the operations team to ensure production runs efficiently and products are delivered to the highest standard.
Responsibilities

Operate production machinery and equipment.

Prepare and load materials into machines.

Trim, stack, and assemble products to required specifications.

Ensure quality products are produced on time.

Support production team to meet component and order requirements.

Move materials or products independently or in pairs (7kg–32kg).

Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Mandatory Responsibilities

Work safely in accordance with health and safety guidelines.

Follow risk assessments, work instructions, and training provided.

Do not undertake tasks without proper authorisation or training.
Skills & Experience

Experience in a fast-paced production or manufacturing environment.

Team player with flexibility and adaptability.

Good organisational, verbal, and written communication skills.
-
Basic PC skills.
-
Counterbalance forklift licence or crane operation experience is desirable but not essential.

Proactive and able to show initiative.
Reporting
You will report to the Shift Supervisor and work closely with other production staff to support all areas of the operation as required
