We are supporting a high-growth clean energy technology company as they scale their zero-emission power operations across the UK.
Their technology is already supporting critical infrastructure and major organisations and demand is growing rapidly.
As Operations Administrator, you’ll play a key role in enabling the deployment of clean power across the UK, helping ensure projects are delivered smoothly, safely, and on time. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to contribute directly to the transition to net zero.
What you’ll be doing:

Coordinating deployment schedules, logistics and resources

Booking transport, equipment, labour and fuel deliveries

Raising purchase orders and maintaining accurate documentation

Tracking equipment and updating internal systems

Supporting communication across operational, technical and commercial teams

Helping ensure excellent customer experience throughout deployments
What we’re looking for:

Experience in operations, logistics, or project administration

Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities

Confident communicator, comfortable working with internal teams and external stakeholders

Proactive, adaptable, and able to take ownership of tasks through to completion

Positive, solutions-focused mindset with strong problem-solving ability

Energetic and enthusiastic, with the ability to stay calm and effective in a fast-paced environment

Confident using MS Office; SAP or MS Project experience is advantageous

Passion for clean energy and contributing to meaningful, real-world impact
