Cutting, bonding and shaping composite materials with precision
Reading and interpreting technical drawings and diagrams
Operating workshop machinery and hand tools safely and effectively
Working closely with colleagues to achieve production targets
Following established processes to ensure consistent high-quality output
As an Assembly Operative, your experience will include:
Experience working with wood or composites
Previous experience as a carpenter or bench joiner
The ability to understand technical drawings
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
A methodical approach to producing high-quality work
A willingness to work overtime when required
