JRRL are seeking an Administrator with previous experience working within the engineering industry.
Duties for the Administrator:
Dealing with both customers and suppliers.
Responsible for daily management of customer purchase orders.
Responsible for raising contract review documents.
Managing the purchasing of raw materials.
Distribution of new route cards to relevant departments.
Works closely with the machine shop manager for future planning of works capacity.
Assisting with day-to-day general enquiries from the workshop.
Administration support as and when required.
Person Specification for the Administrator:
Experience working as an administrator in the engineering industry.
Strong computer literacy.
Attention to detail.
Experience dealing with suppliers/customers.

This role is a full-time, permanent position. The salary range reflects the candidate's level of experience. The lower end of the band is suited for individuals who may require additional training to meet the role's requirements, while the higher end is for candidates who possess the exact skills and experience outlined above
