Due to continued growth and a strong project pipeline, they are seeking an experienced and detail-driven Contracts Administrator to join their dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer construction contracts from award through to final account

Prepare, review, and manage all contractual documentation

Monitor project progress, variations, and cost control measures

Assist with procurement processes and subcontractor management

Prepare and assess payment applications and valuations
-
Ensure compliance with contractual, commercial, and legal requirements

Liaise with project managers, clients, consultants, and subcontractors
-
Maintain accurate records, reporting, and documentation systems
Requirements:
-
Proven experience as a Contracts Administrator within the construction industry

Strong knowledge of construction contracts and commercial processes
-
Excellent organisational and time management skills
-
High attention to detail and strong analytical ability

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (experience with project management software advantageous)

Relevant qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related discipline preferred (Not Essential)
