Your new role
As an International Sales Support professional, you will provide outstanding customer service to international clients while ensuring all export documentation and customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently.You'll act as a key member of the team, responsible for:
Ensuring customer orders are despatched within agreed lead times
Maintaining accurate records and storing all relevant order information
Providing real‑time delivery updates using transport providers
Completing export documentation, including liaising with the local Chamber of Commerce
Processing and monitoring customer orders, and proactively updating customers
Setting up new customer accounts
Managing inbound calls, service issues, product enquiries and order entries
Collaborating with internal departments to resolve customer issues
Meeting weekly and monthly deadlines through effective time management
Taking ownership of all enquiries relating to your allocated account baseWorking hours: 8:00-16:30 (Monday-Friday)
What you'll need to succeed
Previous administrative experience
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Computer-literate, with experience using Microsoft Office packages
Numerate, literate, and confident communicating with customersWhat you'll get in return
