Key Responsibilities for a Customer Experience Specialist

Deliver high-quality support via phone, email, and live chat.

Resolve customer queries efficiently, ensuring clear communication and timely updates.

Escalate complex issues appropriately while maintaining ownership of the customer experience.

Guide customers through key product features and workflows ensure full utilisation.

Consistently meet productivity and quality targets.
Key skills for a Customer Experience Specialist

Confident written and verbal communication

Minimum of 2 years’ experience within Customer Support role

Flexibility to work over UK Public holidays.

Experience in a tech company – desirable
