Hours: TBC – 11 on 3 off rotation
We are looking for 4 skilled labourers to work alongside a team of Mechanical Engineers on a temporary basis in Elgin.
What You’ll Do:

Assist mechanical engineers with daily workshop and site tasks

Support assembly, installation, and maintenance of mechanical systems

Prepare materials, organise equipment, and keep work areas safe and tidy

Follow technical instructions and contribute to problem-solving
-
Work collaboratively as part of a professional engineering team
What We’re Looking For:
-
Previous labouring or trade experience (mechanical or technical experience an advantage)

Strong practical skills and willingness to learn
-
Ability to follow instructions accurately and work safely
-
Good communication and teamwork skills
-
Physically fit and capable of manual work
-
A positive attitude and pride in quality workmanship
