Key Responsibilities:
Greet and sign-in visitors, following safeguarding procedures
Manage calls, emails and the school inbox; triage enquiries effectively
Support mail, reprographics and general clerical tasks
Maintain a tidy reception and professional image at all times
Requirements:
Reception/administration experience in a busy setting
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Calm, organised and confident using Microsoft 365
