The Project
Development of a luxury new build Care Home
The Role
To work in the position of Assistant Site Manager overseeing various works and reporting to the Senior Site manager.
Your role will require you to monitor sub-contractors.
Key Requirements:

Liaising on all levels to ensure effective communication is always maintained

You must be able to manage snagging / defects, monitor trades and labour on site, complete reports and report back to the Senior Site Manager

SMSTS, CSCS, FIRST AID
About You
- You will have gained 2+ years’ experience working for a developer or main contractor as an Assistant Site Manager
