We are recruiting for Production Operatives to join a well-established manufacturer in Leamington Spa, working on an important NHS contract. This role is based in the Licensing Room, assembling small medical components with precision and care.
The Role

Assembling small parts to exact specifications

Working on an active NHS-related production line

Following strict quality and safety procedures

Maintaining consistent speed and accuracy

General production and manufacturing duties as required
What We’re Looking For

Ambidextrous (comfortable working with both hands) – essential

Strong attention to detail

Reliable, punctual and able to commit to full-time hours
-
Experience in manufacturing or assembly is beneficial but not essential

Ability to work accurately with small components
Hours
Monday to Friday – 06:00 to 17:00
Overtime may be available depending on workload.
Pay
£12.50 per hour (weekly pay)
