Highly regarded Legal 500-ranked law firm seeking an experienced and proactive Private Client Legal Secretary to join our established team in Basingstoke.

The successful candidate will play a key role in providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to fee earners, ensuring an efficient, professional, and client-focused service at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
Providing full secretarial support to Private Client fee earners, including Partners and Solicitors
Audio and copy typing of legal documents and correspondence
Preparing and formatting Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs), Trust documents, and Probate paperwork
Managing diaries, arranging appointments, and coordinating meetings
Handling incoming calls, taking messages, and liaising with clients in a professional and confidential manner
Skills and Experience Required:
Essential:
Previous experience as a Legal Secretary, ideally within Private Client
Strong typing and document formatting skills
Excellent organisational and time management abilities
High level of attention to detail
Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
