TaskMaster is proud to support schools and care homes in the Yorkshire area, and we're excited to offer an opportunity for a dedicated Early Years Practioner to join our team on an ongoing temporary basis for ad hoc shifts and/or long term bookings.
This particular booking is for a minimum of 6 weeks.
A valid enhanced DBS certificate with barred list is required for this role. We can apply for one on your behalf. However, having one already is an advantage and will allow for immediate starts.

Duties:
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development in line with early childhood education standards
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children at all times, adhering to health and safety regulations
- Manage daily routines, including attendance records, behaviour management, and communication with parents or guardians
- Maintain organised records of children's progress and developmental milestones
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress, behaviour, and any concerns
- Organise outings or trips in accordance with organisational policies, ensuring safe transportation when required
Requirements:
- Childcare qualifications such as NVQ Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent
- Proven experience working with children within a nursery or early years setting
- Enhanced DBS with barred list (we can apply for this if necessary.
