The Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly organised HR Assistant to support the HR Officer across a broad range of HR activities, including Recruitment, Employee Relations, HR Administration, Learning & Development, and Compliance.
This is a hands-on position suited to someone with solid HR experience who can confidently operate in a fast-paced, operational environment.
Key Responsibilities

Support end-to-end recruitment processes, including interview coordination and onboarding

Act as a professional and approachable first point of contact for day-to-day HR queries

Manage core HR administration, including maintaining personnel files, processing benefits, supporting starters and leavers, and absence administration

Coordinate training sessions and maintain accurate training records

Assist with HR policies, compliance activities, performance management, and probation reviews
Requirements
-
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar HR Assistant or HR Administrator role

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Strong organisational and time-management skills

Excellent administrative ability with exceptional attention to detail

Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills

Proactive approach with the ability to use initiative

Proficient in Microsoft Office
