£17.62 per hour paye
£22.85 per umbrella

BDS Recruitment is hiring on behalf of a leading housing association in the North East. We are looking for a reliable and skilled Multiskilled worker to join a busy property services team.
About the Role

Carry out a range of repairs and maintenance tasks (plumbing, joinery, basic electrics, decorating)

Ensure all work is completed safely, professionally, and to a high standard

Keep schemes clean and organized, and complete all required paperwork

Work closely with colleagues, contractors, and customers

Look after company tools, equipment, and van
What You’ll Need

Experience in a trade or multi‑skilled maintenance role

Relevant qualifications (NVQ, City & Guilds, or similar)

Good understanding of Health & Safety

Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused approach
-
Ability to work independently

Full UK driving license
