Customer Service Executive
Location: Near Polegate
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum
Lloyd Recruitment Services are working with a reputable and growing business near Polegate. Due to continued success and expansion, they are seeking a Customer Service Executive to join their team on a full-time basis.
Role Overview
This is a varied position within a busy office environment.
Key responsibilities include:
Handling incoming calls for new orders and enquiries
Entering details onto the in-house booking system
Delivering excellent customer service via telephone and email
Taking card payments and issuing permits
Promoting the business on social media platforms
Managing website and email enquiries
Supporting sales, marketing and new business initiatives
General data entry and administrative duties
Covering weighbridge operations when required
Assisting with other office duties as needed
Reporting to the Sales and Office Manager
Requirements
The successful candidate will have:
Excellent telephone manner
Ability to work under pressure in a busy office environment
Strong attention to detail
Proficient IT and computer skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Previous experience in customer service and/or administration
Experience promoting a business on social media
Basic marketing knowledge
Hours
Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 5:00pm
