Your new role
As the Customer Service Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for all customer enquiries, delivering an exceptional level of service at every stage of the customer journey. Your responsibilities will include:
Handling incoming customer queries via phone and email
Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
Providing quotes and product information
Managing delivery schedules and coordinating with internal teams
Overseeing the end‑to‑end customer order process to ensure a smooth and timely service
