Job Title: Fruit Farm Assistant

Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 per annum
Pin Point Recruitment is seeking a motivated, reliable, and hardworking Fruit Farm Assistant to join a progressive and dynamic fruit production business in Suffolk. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with horticultural experience who is passionate about crop production and eager to develop within a commercial farming environment.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Growing Manager, you will support the day-to-day operations of fruit crop production, including:

Assisting with the implementation and maintenance of effective growing systems

Carrying out essential crop husbandry tasks

Managing and monitoring irrigation systems to ensure optimal crop performance

Supporting pest and disease monitoring and control
-
Assisting with spraying duties (where qualified)

Supporting the production of strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, and other crops

Undertaking additional general farm duties as required
Requirements

Horticultural experience is essential

Experience in soft fruit production (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries) is desirable

Experience with crop irrigation systems

Full UK driving licence (essential)

Good communication skills (basic English required)

Strong attention to detail

Professional attitude and strong work ethic

Right to work in the UK
Working Hours & Benefits

40–48 hours per week (seasonal flexibility required)
