Freelance Administrator (Construction)
Location: Stanley, County Durham
Contract: Freelance, until end of March
Role Overview:
You will provide administrative support across multiple live projects, ensuring documentation, communication, and financial processes are handled accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities:
General office administration and document control
Preparing quotations, invoices, and purchase orders
Liaising with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients
Managing project paperwork and compliance records
Assisting with timesheets and subcontractor paperwork
Maintaining health & safety documentation
Email and telephone correspondence
Requirements:
Proven administrative experience (construction sector preferred)
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and manage workload
Professional communication skills
Reliable and detail-oriented
