Job Title: Civils Operative
Department: Network Construction / Field Operations
Reports To: Civils Manager
Location: Midlands Based
Role Purpose
Carry out civils works for telecoms and utility projects, including:
Ensure all work is completed safely, on time, and to quality standards, following client and regulatory requirements.

Essential Requirements
-
Experience in civils works (excavation, ducting, reinstatement)

NRSWA (Street Works) Operative accreditation
-
CSCS card
-
Full UK driving licence
-
Ability to operate plant and machinery (e.g., mini-diggers)

Knowledge of Health & Safety on civils sites

Skills

Ability to read and interpret civils/fibre build drawings

Knowledge of reinstatement specifications (HAUC)

Strong safety awareness

Good communication and teamwork skills

Willingness to work outdoors in all weather
