Local council authority are looking for a Housing Administration Officer to join them on a temporary basis.
Working in Loughborough, you will be required to complete a variety of administration and customer service duties. As follows:-
Duties:-
- Provide complete administration duties across the housing section of the council.
- Deal with any enquiries, internally or from customers.
- Update and maintain data on internal systems and complete spreadsheets.
- Support team meetings.
- Dealing with any complaints and enquiries.
- Process housing related Grants including preparation of general correspondence.
- Progress Grants related invoices.
- Monitor and progress Grant repayments and Land Charge data.
- Assist with the preparation of formal statutory notices and licences.
- Any other related administration duties.
Experience and qualifications:-
- GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths
- Significant experience of clerical and office administration duties.
- Experience working with internal systems.
- Experience working in customer focused environment.
