💷 £16.70 per hour (PAYE Umbrella)
🕒 Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Communal Cleaner to work across social housing blocks in the Liverpool and Wirral areas.
The Role:
Cleaning and maintaining communal areas within social housing blocks
Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting and sanitising
Cleaning stairwells, corridors, lifts, and entrances
Removing litter and ensuring high standards of cleanliness
Reporting any maintenance issues or health & safety concerns
Requirements:
Full clean manual UK driving licence
Maximum 6 penalty points accepted
Previous communal or commercial cleaning experience preferred
Reliable, punctual and able to work independently
Good understanding of health & safety procedures
