To be considered for this Warehouse Team Leader role you will need the following:
Previous experience within a warehouse environment
Experience managing or supervising a team of up to 10 people
Strong knowledge of goods out operations, including smalls and large goods
Be able to carry out manual handling duties
Have good communication skills and understanding of English, written and spoken
Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workloadsThe Warehouse Team Leader role will involve:
Managing and supporting a team of up to 10 warehouse operatives
Overseeing the goods out department, including smalls and large goods dispatch
Organising daily workloads and allocating tasks effectively
Ensuring orders are picked, packed and dispatched accurately and on time
Monitoring performance and maintaining high standards of health and safety
Supporting with stock control and general warehouse duties where required
