Assistant Project Manager / Assistant Site Manager
Assistant to the Project Manager required for a Super Prime Project in London.
Project consists of 12 super prime properties split between 3 blocks.
Ideally looking for someone from a trade background (Carpentry) who has had some management experience who is keen to join a busy company within super prime.
It’s a project based role and it’s expected that the successful candidates time will be spent 50% onsite and 50% in the project office.

A rough job description:

Manage site diaries and assist in all project office duties

Strong site-based experience within fit-out works, with a hands-on, delivery-focused approach

Able to read and interpret technical and construction drawings

Experienced in carrying out site surveys and setting out works (for example measuring location of sockets/internal walls)

Proficient in digital snagging systems and maintaining accurate site diaries

Able to supervise and coordinate smaller fit-out trade packages and subcontractors

Support the Construction Manager with daily site operations, sequencing, and short-term programming

Good understanding of fit-out construction methodology and trade interfaces

Strong awareness of Health & Safety standards and site compliance

Computer literate, with proficiency in Excel and general site-based reporting systems

Trade background preferred, with a practical, proactive mind-set and willingness to get hands on when required
