Key Responsibilities:

Managing the main switchboard, answering incoming calls and directing them appropriately

Diary management using Outlook

Preparing meeting rooms for internal and external meetings

Greeting visitors and providing refreshments

Assisting with general facilities coordination

Ordering and maintaining office stationery supplies

Handling incoming and outgoing emails

Providing administrative support to the wider team

Carrying out general ad hoc office duties as required

Sending quotes to clients
