📄 Contract: Temporary to Permanent (3-month probation period)
We are currently recruiting for a Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team, working across both commercial and domestic properties.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in maintaining high standards across green spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
Grass cutting and lawn maintenance
Strimming and edging
Leaf blowing and general site clearance
Maintaining flower beds and landscaped areas
Street and public area clean-up
Ensuring all grounds are kept tidy, safe, and presentable
What We're Looking For:
Previous grounds maintenance or landscaping experience preferred
Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
Ability to work well as part of a team
Full UK driving licence
This role offers a temporary to permanent opportunity after a successful 3-month probation period.
