We are recruiting an experienced General Operative for our Wolverhampton-based client, a specialist in metal framing and fabrication. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity offering full training, long-term stability, and clear progression into a permanent role following a successful trial period.
The Role: General Operative

Assembling metal frames to specification

Using hand tools and power tools

Working from technical drawings

Completing general workshop and production duties

Maintaining quality and health & safety standards
Pay, Hours & Location

Pay rate: £12.21 – £14.00 per hour (depending on experience)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 3:30pm (2:30pm finish on Fridays)
