Position: Hand Solderer
Contract Type: Temp to Perm following 3 months probation
Shift work: 6am - 2pm, 2pm - 10pm
Hourly Rate: £12.35 - £13.25
Working Pattern: Full Time
What You'll Do:
As a Hand Solderer, you will be at the heart of our production process, ensuring that our electronic components are assembled with the utmost care and accuracy. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Performing hand soldering on various electronic components 🛠️
Reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics 📐
Conducting quality checks to ensure the highest standards are met 🔍
Collaborating with team members to meet production targets and deadlines 🕒
Maintaining a clean and organised workspace for optimal efficiency ✨What We're Looking For:
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
Proven experience in hand soldering (preferably in electronics)
A keen eye for detail and a passion for precision
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team 🤝
Strong communication skills
