Pay and Shifts:
- Starting at £13.50 per hour (Increases to £16.00 per hour)
- Monday to Friday
- Early Start: 04:00am to 15:00pm
Key responsibilities:
- Mix sausage ingredients accurately following strict recipes.
- Operate production machinery safely and efficiently.
- Work as part of a team to meet daily production targets.
- Remove waste and ensure strict hygiene standards are met.
- Maintain clean and safe workstations following health and safety guidelines.
- Work efficiently with the team to meet daily production targets.
- Use manual handling skills safely to move stock and materials.
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in food production or packing is a plus but not essential.
- Comfortable working in a cool environment with good attention to detail.
- Reliable, efficient team player with positive communication skills.
- Flexible to work Monday to Friday shifts, with potential overtime
