Our client, are looking for an Assistant Project & Cost Manager – Workplace Fit-Out to join our growing team and support the delivery of commercial fit-out projects.
Surrey based, but the role is regional, with projects across the Home Counties
✳️ Assisting with Project Management & Cost Control
✳️ Supporting procurement processes and contractor coordination
✳️ Helping with cost planning, reporting and valuations
✳️ Supporting programme management and day-to-day project delivery
What we need:
✴️ A genuine interest in Project Management and/or Cost Management within the construction or workplace fit-out sector.
✴️ Some relevant experience, placement, or a construction-related qualification (preferred but not essential).
✴️ Willingness to learn, strong organisational skills, and a proactive attitude.
✴️ Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
✴️ Driving Licence – Required
