These roles are office based in Swinton.
Reporting to the Payroll Manager there is a need for a Payroll Clerk. This role supports the Payroll Manager in aspects of Payroll.
Day to day duties of the role include:

Group Monthly Payrolls x 2

Processing monthly salary payments
-
Transferring timesheet data to payroll software

Transferring employee expense payments to the payroll software

Accurate sickness calculations where applicable

Accurate overtime calculations where applicable

Maintain all payroll records
-
Processing Pension Payment Files
-
Company Credit Card Receipt Administration
The right candidate for the role will have experience in the above.
