We are looking to recruit a skilled Delivery Manager to support major IT transformation projects. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative, forward‑thinking digital environment and play a key role in driving meaningful change.
About the Role
As Delivery Manager, you’ll oversee the successful delivery of IT change initiatives from start to finish. You’ll lead and support a diverse, multi‑skilled team, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
You’ll work with both Agile and Waterfall delivery methods, acting either as a Scrum Master for Agile teams or as a classic Project Manager for Waterfall projects. You’ll also coordinate procurement activities, manage risk, maintain quality standards, and collaborate closely with stakeholders across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of IT change projects

Manage multi-disciplinary project teams and develop high‑performing team culture

Oversee procurement, supplier management and budget tracking

Maintain quality, risk, and change control processes

Produce project plans, progress updates and governance reports

Support Agile ceremonies (for Agile projects) and coach teams in Scrum, Kanban & SAFe

Remove blockers and ensure smooth project flow

Collaborate across departments to ensure successful project outcomes
Skills & Experience Required
Essential:
-
Degree or equivalent experience
-
Project Management or Agile certification (Prince2, PMQ, PMP, SAFe Scrum Master etc.)

Proven experience delivering IT projects

Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Ability to balance priorities and manage multiple stakeholders

Experience working with third‑party suppliers
