Description
Manage diaries, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for team members.
Provide administrative support, including document preparation and correspondence management.
Organise and maintain files, ensuring all records are up to date and accessible.
Prepare agendas and take minutes during team meetings.
Handle incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate team members.
Assist with travel arrangements, including booking transport and accommodation.
Support the team with ad hoc tasks and projects as required.
Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in all administrative duties.Profile
A successful Team Secretary should have:
Previous experience in a secretarial or administrative role within Professional Services.
Strong organisational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
