About the Role
As a Carer / Support Worker, you will provide high-quality care in line with best practice, legislation, and agreed care plans, supporting individuals within their own homes.
You will:

Deliver person-centred care tailored to each individual’s needs and preferences

Support daily living tasks such as personal care, dressing, bathing, eating and mobility

Promote independence, wellbeing and community involvement

Follow care plans and report any changes in needs or concerns
-
Work collaboratively with families, colleagues and healthcare professionals
-
Uphold safeguarding, dignity, and respect at all times
-
Maintain accurate care records and attend required training to keep skills up to date
Shifts vary and include evenings, weekends and year-round support.
What We’re Looking For
Essential

Driving licence and access to a car

Good written and spoken English

Caring, friendly and reliable nature

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Ability to adapt and respond to changing situations

Commitment to training, safeguarding and quality care
Desirable
DBS registered on the update service
Previous experience in care or a similar environment
RQF/NVQ qualification in Health & Social Care
Experience supporting individuals with additional or complex needs
