We’re recruiting a CSCS Labourer to join a busy installation team in Wellington, supporting the fitting and movement of white goods on commercial sites. This is a great opportunity for someone with hands‑on experience who wants to grow — full training is provided.
What you’ll be doing
Assisting with the installation and positioning of white goods
Confident use of hand and power tools
Supporting skilled installers and learning on the job
General labouring, site prep, and maintaining tidy work areas
Working as part of a friendly, fast‑paced team
What we’re looking for
Valid CSCS card (essential)
Experience using hand and power tools
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Ability to follow instructions and work safely
Reliable, punctual and comfortable with early starts
Pay & Benefits
£12.21 – £12.50 per hour
Higher pay once taken on permanently (company pay structure applies)
Annual bonus scheme up to 10% of salary
Consistent hours and long‑term prospects
