We are currently looking for a motivated Production Operative for our client in Kettering.

Location: Kettering (NN15)
Pay: £14.09 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00
Type: Temp on going position
Your key responsibilities:
Collaborate on the production line, ensuring efficiency and quality
Troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical issues to keep production flowing
Conduct quality checks to ensure only the best products leave the line
Assist with palletising and bailing to support streamlined operations
Sorting and checking the products on the line before the next production step
Hitting daily targets for production
