A well-established Social Housing contractor is looking for a Multi Trade Operative to join their company to support the voids and repairs programmes.
Job Title: Multi Trade Operative
Location: Wolverhampton
Contract type: Contract based with the opportunity to join the team on a permanent basis
Hourly rate: £22-23 ph paid weekly via umbrella
As a Multi Trade Operative, you will be:
Working on both tenanted and void properties
Completing 2nd fix maintenance in Plumbing,Carpentry,Tiling,Patch plaster and painting
Completing jobs to the highest standardTo be successful as a Multi Trade Operative, you will have:
Previous experience in a similar role (Handyman, Carpenter, Plumber or Kitchen and Bathroom Fitter)
Own van and tools
Willingness to have a DBS
