Cityworx are recruiting on behalf of an established, nurse-led community healthcare provider who is seeking a highly organised and proactive Business Support Officer / Administrator to provide essential administrative and operational support across its services.
This is a fast-paced position supporting clinical, compliance and operational teams working with complex care packages. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, accurate documentation and effective system support within a regulated healthcare environment.
This role is ideal for someone with healthcare administration experience who understands the importance of accuracy, confidentiality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Business & Administrative Support

Provide day-to-day administrative support to clinical and operational teams

Manage diaries, meetings, minutes and action tracking

Handle correspondence, documentation and internal communications

Support onboarding processes for new staff, including compliance documentation
Healthcare Systems & Documentation

Maintain accurate records across healthcare and operational systems
-
Support data entry, reporting and audit preparation
-
Ensure documentation meets internal standards and regulatory requirements

Assist with policy, procedure and governance document management
Compliance & Governance Support

Support regulatory compliance activities, audits and inspections

Track mandatory training, certifications and staff records
-
Assist with incident logs, complaints tracking and quality documentation

Maintain confidentiality and information governance at all times
Operational Support

Liaise with internal teams, external professionals and stakeholders

Support service coordination and scheduling where required

Assist senior staff with ad-hoc operational and project support
Essential Requirements

Previous experience in a healthcare administration or business support role

Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail

Experience using office systems and healthcare or compliance databases

Understanding of confidentiality, information governance and regulated environments

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines

Confident communicator with a professional approach
