The key responsibilities for the Finance Assistant role are:
Assist with the preparation and processing of invoices and payments.
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
Provide support for monthly reconciliations and reporting activities.
Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
Respond to financial queries from internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and organisational policies.
Support the accounting team with administrative duties as required.

A successful Finance Assistant should have:
Previous experience in an accounting or finance role, preferably in the not-for-profit industry.
A good understanding of financial processes and procedures.
