Location: Skelmersdale (Pimbo Road, West Pimbo)
Contract Type: 6‑month contract
Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Monday - Thursday: 07:00 - 15:55
Friday: 07:00 - 11:35
Positions Available: 1

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Production Administrator to support our Operations Department at our Skelmersdale site. Working under the guidance of the Operations Manager and alongside Production Area Leaders, you will play a key role in ensuring efficient administrative operations across the production environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone organised, detail‑focused, and confident working with data and production‑related information.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to the Operations Department
Assist with scheduling, record keeping, and document management
Record, compile, and retrieve operational and production information
Obtain and coordinate supply of materials, documents, and resources
Maintain accurate data entry, particularly within Excel
Support reporting tasks and basic production planning activities
Work collaboratively with Production Area Leaders and the Operations Manager
Required Skills & Experience
2-5 years' experience in Production Administration or similar role
Strong communication and organisational skills
Confident working with numbers and detailed data
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel (spreadsheets, data entry)
Experience with SAP or anotherERP system is an advantage
Training will be provided where needed
Background in: production admin, planning, data entry, report creation
