Clinical Observations: Monitoring and recording patient conditions, including blood pressure, temperature, pulse, respiration, and weight.
Nutritional Support: Serving meals, helping with feeding, and assisting with hydration.
Mobility & Comfort: Helping patients move around, repositioning them, and making beds.
Administrative & Safety: Updating patient records, keeping areas clean/tidy, sterilizing equipment, and reporting changes in patient condition to staff.
Communication: Communicating with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
