We are working on behalf of a highly respected and well-established organisation in South Cambridge who are looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor to join their friendly and professional team.

Key responsibilities will include:

Answering incoming telephone calls and responding to email enquiries

Managing queries via an internal ticketing system

Accurately recording client data on internal systems

Supporting clients with service bookings and appointments

Proactively assisting clients with purchasing decisions

Supporting the wider team with administrative duties
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
