Contracts Administrator
We are working with a well-established & highly regarded company based in Crawley, who are looking to recruit a Contracts Administrator to join their growing team.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Administrator with strong attention to detail who enjoys working in a commercial, customer-focused environment & managing contracts end to end.
The Role
You will take responsibility for administering the company’s contract portfolio and sub-contracts, supporting both customers and internal stakeholders throughout the full contract lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Administering contracts from set-up through to renewal & completion
Preparing & managing renewal quotations & following up with customers
Accurate data entry & maintenance of contract information on internal systems
Handling invoicing, payments & supporting financial processes related to contracts
Managing & responding to customer queries relating to contracts & agreements
Providing tender & procurement support, assisting the sales team where required
Producing reports on contract performance for customers & internal teams
Identifying & resolving contract-related issues, escalating where appropriate
Candidate Requirements
Previous experience in an administration or contracts-based role
Strong data entry skills with excellent attention to detail
Experience with invoicing, order processing or billing is highly desirable
Exposure to ERP systems (such as SAP, Dynamics, Sage) would be beneficial
Healthcare or medical industry experience is ideal but not essential
The Package
Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5pm
£28,000 - £30,000pa DOE + 10% annual bonus
Hybrid working available – up to 2 days WFH
25 days, increasing incrementally to 30 days
