The Role
This is an entry-level administrative role, ideal for someone looking to start their career in construction/highways administration. You will receive full training and ongoing support, working closely with the operations and management team.
The role will involve a mix of general office administration, site support, and project coordination tasks.
Key Responsibilities

General office administration and document management

Answering phones and handling email enquiries

Data entry and record keeping

Assisting with job sheets, site paperwork and reports

Supporting project and operations teams with admin tasks

Filing, scanning, and maintaining digital records

Assisting with compliance documentation and health & safety paperwork

Liaising with site teams and supervisors

Supporting scheduling and job tracking
