Location: Preston
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour Labourer / Labourer + FLT £ 12.61
Duration: Up to 6 weeks (temporary contract)
Start Date: Immediate start available
About the Role
We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Labourer to support a busy warehouse operation during a site closure project. This is a short-term opportunity expected to last up to 6 weeks, assisting with general warehouse duties, stock movement, and site clearance.
Key Responsibilities

General warehouse labouring duties

Loading, unloading and moving stock safely

Operating a Forklift Truck (FLT) as required

Assisting with the organisation and clearance of materials as part of the warehouse shutdown

Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

Following all health and safety procedures on site
Requirements

Valid FLT licence (essential)

Previous warehouse or labouring experience preferred

Reliable and hardworking with a good work ethic

Able to carry out manual handling tasks

Available to start immediately

Able to commit to the full duration of the contract
