Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:30am–4:00pm
Salary: Up to £28,000 per year + overtime
The Role
We’re looking for a Yard Operative to join a busy outdoor yard supporting major live events. This is a physical role, working outside in all weather conditions, handling heavy equipment and operating forklifts to prepare loads for site.
Due to the location of the site, own transport is required for this role.
Key Duties

Attend daily 7:30am Toolbox Talks

Keep the yard clean, safe, and organised

Load and unload equipment using counterbalance FLT / telehandler

Strap and secure loads to VOSA standards

Inspect and maintain equipment

Complete basic paperwork and follow Health & Safety procedures

Requirements
-
Exprience operating an FLT / Counterbalance desirable, license not required

Comfortable with heavy lifting and outdoor work

Yard or warehouse experience

Reliable with strong Health & Safety awareness
