About the Role
We are recruiting an experienced Senior Care Assistant for a 25-bed residential care home that provides person-centred, later-life care in a homely environment. The service prioritises dignity, independence, and quality of life for all residents.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, support, and mentor care staff on shift
Deliver compassionate, person-centred care
Administer medication (training provided if required)
Maintain accurate care records and documentation
Promote a calm, safe, and supportive environment
Engage residents in activities, outings, and daily life
NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
Medication training (advantageous)
Previous experience in a senior care role
Enthusiastic, proactive, and team-oriented
Excellent communication skills with residents, families, and colleagues
Genuine passion for improving the lives of older people
£14.36 per hour, full-time
