We are recruiting for a Customer Sales Advisor to join a busy, customer-focused operation on a permanent basis. This is a varied role combining sales, customer service, and day-to-day site support, ideal for someone confident dealing with customers both face-to-face and over the phone.
You will play a key part in delivering excellent service while helping drive occupancy and revenue, supporting administrative tasks, and maintaining high standards across the site
This position will involve working across two local depots (St Albans and Stevenage), so a full UK driving licence is essential. Mileage is reimbursed at 45p per mile.
Key Responsibilities

Handling sales enquiries in person and over the phone, advising customers on available services

Maximising every sales opportunity to help achieve store targets

Completing administrative tasks in line with company procedures

Maintaining a clean, tidy, and professional working environment

Supporting health & safety standards at all times

Carrying out physical checks/rounds of the site

Lone working when required, including key holder responsibility in management absence

Forklift operation (training provided if required)

Assisting with debt control procedures where necessary

General ad-hoc duties to support site operations
