First point of contact for customers via phone and email
Processing orders, up-selling additional products where appropriate
Ensuring customers are kept updated throughout the order process
Establish and maintain positive working relationships with customersThe successful Dutch Customer Service Advisor will have the following related skills / experience:
Fluent in Dutch and English is essential
Excellent communication skills
